Pedra Negra is a quiet and modern apartment with a garden and direct access to the sea. The garden of country flowers invites you to enjoy relaxing moments and feelings of freedom. Pedra Negra... the color of azorean stone, is a modern 2 bedroom apartment, very quiet, located in the old town of Lagoa, right next to the natural pools! The direct access to the sea and the flower garden make it a special place. The small corners found in the garden, provide relaxing moments and contemplation with nature. An outdoor shower and resting spaces await you after a refreshing dip in the sea. The apartment has a rustic yet sophisticated decor with special attention to detail. Air conditioning has not been forgotten, as is the WiFi network. The 2 bedrooms, with a double bed: one with a charming decoration that appeals to different sensations to our senses, and the other with the sea as a backdrop, have mattresses, pillows and extremely comfortable clothes. The kitchen is fully equipped so that delicious meals can be cooked. The living room has a TV. On the balcony you can enjoy a nice meal or simply read a book, with the magnificent view of the coastline and the company of the blue sea that stretches out of sight. For the little ones we have cots and dining chairs and beach towels for everyone. All at no additional cost. The natural swimming pool complex, just 30 m away, is a joy and fun for children and adults, where you can spend a very pleasant and invigorating day. Guest access Please note that Graviana has three apartments spread over several floors. The Pedra Negra apartment is on the 1st floor and is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties. Direct access to the sea must always be with adult supervision, and children should not go unaccompanied. The building is in the old part of the city and its proximity to the natural pool complex (about 30 m) sometimes makes parking difficult (during the day) in the months of July and August. There is a public parking lot about 300 m away. Other things to note Please notice that a city tax of 2€ per person per overnight stay, not included in the total amount, will be charged through the Airbnb Resolution Center up to 3 days before the check-in date.
