LGBTQ+ inclusive safe space. 🏳️‍🌈 The space GUEST SUITE ENTRANCE: Your private guest suite is located on the back, lower level of the home, with the entrance facing peaceful trees and mountain views. You’ll have a designated parking space in the shared driveway, which leads to a gravel walkway. Follow the path under the deck and past the hot tub to the ground-level patio, where you’ll enter through French doors equipped with a smart lock for easy self check-in. LIVING ROOM: You enter into the living area, with a reclining sofa, big screen smart TV, and electric fireplace heater. Across the room is a small table with stools for dining or working with a view. BEDROOM: This leads you to the bedroom area of the studio suite with a comfy queen bed. There’s a reading and game nook with a rocker across from the epic DVD collection. KITCHENETTE: Around the corner you’ll find the kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig. Enjoy a complimentary snack basket, bottled water, and a selection of coffee and tea to help you settle in and feel at home. BATHROOM: The bathroom includes a stall shower and all basic amenities. Forgot something? We’ve got you covered! Guest access The guest suite is on the lower back level of the home and has its own private exterior entrance on the back of the house. It is fully separated from upstairs (where we live) by a closed stairwell and locked door. A locked storage closet and garage access near the kitchenette are reserved for owner use; all other areas of the suite are private for guests. Guests are welcomed use the armoire shelves, entry and kitchenette hooks, space under the bathroom sink, and the bookshelf for storage. We may access the garage and shared driveway from the exterior during your stay, but will not be in your space. Other things to note Two adults and three cats live upstairs, so you may hear occasional noise, but nothing too wild. The cats don’t go downstairs, but do share the HVAC system and laundry in case of severe allergies.
