The Other Village House

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Located on Main Street in Downtown Tamworth, this is a unique space within a house built in the late 1800's. We have made many modern updates, but have kept the traits of a turn-of-the-century home. This is a family home with host living on the premise upstairs and another rental space next door. You will share the porch space. There is parking near the entrance. The space The house itself has been divided into three apartments. The host lives in the upstairs levels with a young family, dog, and cat and they are the only full time residents. On the first level sister apartments The Village House and The Other Village House share a porch space with plenty of seating, grill, and recycling bin. In the backyard, there is a playground which is available for children. Two parking spots are available for this apartment. In the warm months, many flower beds are overflowing, while in the winter months there are many snow-related activities to enjoy. Guest access Guests access the house from the back parking lots. The porch has been replaced in 2024 and is a shared entrance. This apartment's entrance is a white door labeled "The Other Village House". Our sister Airbnb is nextdoor with a yellow paintes door labeled "The Village House". There is another outside door off the kitchen, but we ask you use the porch entrance as your primary access.
