Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The apartment is 3 minutes away from the station. The shortest street has many stairs, but there's also a street with no stairs. I'd be happy to send you the videos of the instructions. On the other hand, the center of Lugano is a 10-minute walk and you can also reach the lake, shops such as Cartier, Rolex, Gucci and supermarkets such as Manor, Coop and Migros.
