Public transport is also available (bus). The apartment also has easy access to the exit road with access to the Highway. The space The apartment is 52 sq m and is located on the first floor of a modern apartment building. There is an elevator in the building. The apartment has one bedroom, a living room, a bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom has a double bed, a dresser, a table, and a lamp. The living room is connected to the kitchen - there is a TV, a sofa bed for two people, a wardrobe, a dining table with chairs. From the living room you can go out onto the balcony.
