Newly renovated three-room apartment of about 100 square meters including a terrace of 15 square meters. It is spread over two floors: on the first floor there is a spacious open space with a kitchen (4 induction hobs, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, fridge and freezer and basic utensils), dining table, sofa bed and SMART TV with free WI-FI.
