You can enjoy beautiful sunrises and the sound of the waves day or night from our beach front resort condo. Our place sleeps 6; 4 adults and 2 children. You'll be just steps to the sand, beach bar, restaurant, pools, pickle ball courts, sports bar, and fitness center. The private balcony creates relaxing memories with views of the ocean and open starry skies at night. Your family will be close to all things Hilton Head when you stay at this centrally-located, relaxed-vibed condo. The space A queen bed in the primary bedroom and a queen size sofa bed in the living room allows for four adults. There are two cot-sized, in-wall bunks for two smaller, child to tween-size kids. Kids love the bunk area, it's their own special spot to call their own. The bathroom is full size with a tub and shower combo. The kitchen is full sized with your basic cooking essentials, dinner and glassware, flatware, and full size appliances. The eating area has a four person table and chairs. There is a private balcony equipped with four chairs, two are tall, and two are regular for viewing and relaxing. There are bike rentals on premise as well as a lake and playground. The island trolley stops at the resort for easy island access if you don't have a vehicle. You will be provided with start-up essentials to include shampoo, conditioner, soaps, 2 rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, liquid dish soap, dishwasher pucks, and laundry pucks (be carefule not to use them in the dishwasher). Guests will need to replenish their own products, these are simply starter sets. Linens are provided as well and will include bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, bath mat, sheets, pillows, and blankets. Guest access As a guest, you will have complete access to the resort, the pool, and the amenities on the date of your check-in at any time. The condo will be ready no earlier than 4pm. You can certainly utilize the spacious restrooms to change, etc., located in the Convention center, right next to Coconuts. Upon arrival, park in front of the convention center or across it, in the parking lot. Visit the front desk where you will obtain your resort pass which must be displayed on your dash at all times. This is a secured, gated community, but once in the resort, you are free to park anywhere. Should you arrive after 10 pm, your pass will be waiting for you at the security gate. Other things to note One $40.00 resort pass per vehicle, included in your booking. Should your party require additional vehicles, please let us know as early as possible prior to your stay so that we may call in any additional passes. Initial resort pass is free, any additional vehicle resort passes needed will be charged a $35 resort pass fee. You must be 21 to book. Thank you. Each guest is provided 2 bath towels, a wash cloth and hand towel for their stay. Kitchen towels and bath mat are also provided, however, will not be restocked during your stay. There are laundry facilities in the building and you can purchase a laundry card for the digital machines right in the laundry room. There are certain resort rules we'd like to inform you of... * No hanging towels, bathing suits, etc. over the balcony railings. * No shoes in the hallways. * No E-Bikes / Golf Carts / ATV’s / or other recreational vehicles * Quiet time is from 11 pm - 7 am. And lastly, our personal rule is NO SMOKING or vaping cigarettes or marijuana IN the condo OR on the balcony (Note: marijuana is illegal in SC and Security enforces this law with the local authorities). If found doing so, you will be immediately asked to leave without refund. Smoking is allowed outside. Thank you for abiding by these few simple rules.
