The most enthusiastic ones, of course, stay in a lean-to on top of a mountain covered with lichens and moss. Water must be carried, but a water tank and faucet are in use (source 300m), indoor toilet. Gas oven and fridge. The space The cottage has 1 small bedroom, a loft with a low sleeping space for 4 people if necessary, + a sofa and an armchair that can be spread out downstairs. A sofa bed in the sleeping cabin and sauna cabin. There is no electricity, but a 12v system and inverter with a solar panel. That is, charging your phone and other devices is possible. The cabin has a composting toilet. The evening sun sets directly in the direction of the jetty to the opposite shore, and the sun shines on the beach almost until morning. Please note that there is no heating in the sleeping cabin, so staying overnight other than during the summer season is a question of dressing 😁 The cottage has 2 SUP boards and a rowboat available for guests. Within walking distance of the Luuvuori observation tower, from which magnificent views open up to Pihtipudas. Less than an hour's drive to Pyhä-Häkki National Park, and about 20 minutes to Koljatti Nature Trail. Viitasaari services are 20 min away. Guest access Access to a cottage, sleeping hut, beach sauna, lean-to, hot tub. Other things to note The property has a basement where you can store food and drinks. Carry water to the sauna from the lake, and heat the washing water in the stove. Filling, heating and use of the hot tub for an additional fee. Cigarette butts must not be thrown on the ground, but in containers intended for them. If you have pets with you, bring their own beds, and they must not be allowed on the sofas/beds.
