The space ■Occupancy Maximum: 8 people (excluding infants 2 years old and younger) ■Check in Please check in after 3 pm. ■Check out Please vacate the room by 11 am. * Early check-in and late check-out are available up to 1 hour before or after. The fee is 1,000 yen per person. [1000 yen × number of guests] Also, we won't be able to accommodate you on the same day, so please message us at the time of booking. * Please note that we may not be able to accommodate you due to the situation of guests before and after, and the cleaning schedule. (We are unable to accommodate large holidays such as New Year's holidays, Golden Week, and Obon holidays.) ■Free Parking We have a dedicated parking space for 1 car. * If you are coming with more than one car, please contact us and we will provide you with information on nearby parking lots (for a fee). Please refrain from parking on the street as it will disturb the neighbors. Information on■ nearby supermarkets The nearest shopping facility, FamilyMart, is about a 5-minute walk. Please check in after eating in the neighborhood (near Hakone Yumoto Station) or prepare ingredients before coming. There is no supermarket nearby. If you bring it in, be careful with the fire. Please take home your equipment, including empty gas cylinders. Guest access You can use all the rooms. Other things to note Please follow the rules below to ensure you have a pleasant stay. When your reservation is confirmed, you also agree to the following: ■If the number of guests exceeds the number of guests booked without permission, we will charge 10,000 yen per person per night. If we find that you have stained, damaged, or taken home any of the items in the■ room, we will charge you a separate fee that includes the cost of purchasing a replacement, the cost of responding to the incident, and the cost of repairing the item. (You will be charged for the cost incurred at that time.) Please refrain from making noise or acting in a way that will disturb the■ neighborhood (from 9 pm to 8 am the next day). No smoking■ inside. (Including e-cigarettes) Smoking is allowed outside the entrance, but please be thorough in extinguishing fires and disposing of cigarette butts. Please refrain from illegally dumping garbage in the■ neighborhood. ■Pets are not allowed in the room. If you are bringing your pet, you can bring it to the entrance, but please bring a cage and toilet sheet. Also, be sure to message us. ■BBQ, fires, and fireworks are not allowed. If you do not contact us by the■ day before and do not leave after the check-out time, you will be charged a separate fee. Security cameras are installed outside the entrance for identification and security purposes, as required by■ law. ■Shoes inside the room are strictly prohibited. Also, please do not go outside wearing indoor slippers. Please do not open the■ locked storage. The staff will not clean during your■ stay. * For long-term stays, please note that there is indoor maintenance and garbage disposal (for a fee), so please contact us. Handling of■ gas equipment Gas outages may occur due to continuous use of gas-powered equipment. Continuous use of gas such as for the shower and bath may cause the gas to stop, so please stop once after use and then use again. The ■Hakone area is a national park rich in nature. There are many animals (boars, raccoons, Japanese sable, bats, snakes, geckos, etc.) and insects (ants, centipedes, spiders, etc.). Please note that we check for them during cleaning, but there may be some that we miss. * Please do not provoke boars, as they are especially dangerous. Please double-check before■ checking out. Please sort the trash. You can leave the trash bags in the room after sorting. Please close the door, turn off the lights, and turn off the air conditioner and heater. Please return the front door key to the lock box after confirming that it is locked. (For electronic locks, press the LockState button.) Please tidy up before checking out. (If the host determines that it is significantly dirty, we will charge an additional fee.) * Notes on the area In ●winter (November-March), the road surface may freeze after rain or snow. When you come by car, be sure to use studless tires, or if you have normal tires, please bring chains. Even if the car becomes immobile, the host will not be able to handle it, so thank you for your understanding. If you are booking a rental car, please let the rental car company know that you will be using studless tires at the time of booking.
