Following the Seogwipo villa in Jeju, we finally opened "Your Villa" in Haeundae, Busan. Superhosts and teams with long experience and know-how will welcome guests comfortably. Our space is located at the entrance of Dalmaji-gil Menten Road, where you can enjoy the beautiful Haeundae sea with a view of Oryukdo and the magnificent night view of Gwangan Bridge. There are parks, promenades, and shortcuts to the beach, so you'll have twice the fun in Haeundae. Although it is on the first floor, it is above the 4-meter piloti parking space, so adults can enjoy the Haeundae scenery comfortably and children can have fun. The master bedroom is lying on the bed and you can see the sea right away. During the day, you can see the sea in the bright sunlight, and at night, there are blackout curtains for a good night's sleep. In the other room, we prepared a desk, printer, Wi-Fi, and office supplies for work. Multi-rooms for yoga, meditation, and reading turn into another bedroom when there are 4 or more people. The space The high-ceiling living room with bright indirect lights, bright halogens, and a cool ceiling fan is the space we care about the most. To avoid the feeling of an apartment, the living room floor is as high as possible, and one other room is additionally burst, making it very spacious and comfortable. There is a 75-inch smart TV, a large sofa with adjustable backrest height for several people, and two coffee tables. Behind the comfortable sofa is a large marble table that can be used for parties or meetings. There is another dining table in the kitchen. The all-remodeled neat kitchen space is carefully prepared with a pretty mint refrigerator, a portable electric range, a rice cooker, and various kitchen utensils. A new dryer and washing machine have also been installed. The master bedroom has a cozy queen size bed with a view of the sea, a table that transforms into a dressing table, and blackout curtains to ensure your sleep. The other room has a king size bed, Desks, printers, Wi-Fi, and office supplies are available for both vacation and home work. The third room is a multi-room, so you can enjoy reading, meditate, and do yoga. We only provide extra bedding here for 4 or more people. (Cost incurred) The bathroom has been completely remodeled with a fresh and tidy Hanssem bath. We also set up a clean bathtub so that you can enjoy a half-bath and drink wine. I hope you make lots of happy memories that will remain in your memory for a long time here~ Guest access You can use all spaces freely. (Excluding the back porch) Other things to note There are dates that are temporarily blocked for maintenance or other reasons, so please contact us in advance and we will release the available dates. Jeju Villa is a single house surrounded by a 2640 sq. ft. garden, but Haeundae Villa is a common house where several generations live, so excessive noise or parties are not allowed in consideration of the neighbors. I am also unable to accompany you in consideration of the next guest who may have a river rat mom or allergies. Living for a month, living for a few weeks during interior design, nationwide cruises after retirement, etc.Short-term stays are also possible, so please contact us and we will respond immediately. Reservations are not allowed for 6 or more people, including infants, due to the situation of the accommodation.
