Guest access Access is easy: From the main road to Maenam, follow street number 3 (soi 3 in Thai) for two kilometers. The residence is located on the left at the end of a 200-meter path. (follow the JUNGLE HOME villa sign, our neighbor) Make sure to tell the taxi driver that the road is completely flat and that the villa is not located on a hill. Otherwise they will refuse to drive you or will require an all-terrain vehicle. Remember to ask us for directions If you come by car, two private parking spaces are reserved for you free of charge. Guests will have access to the entire property throughout their stay. The villa is on one level (no floor, no stairs) which facilitates access for people with reduced mobility. The property is fully fenced. Not overlooked. Your privacy is preserved Other things to note A copy of the IDs of all tenants will be required at check-in to comply with Thai immigration laws. The villa is intended for 6 people only, with no possibility of additional people (except children under 2 years old) A pet may be admitted upon request with a confirmed agreement. Under no circumstances can the pet use the pool. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Please use the designated areas on the terrace. A security deposit of 20,000 THB (or in another currency) in cash to cover any damage or deterioration must be paid at check-in. The security deposit will be returned at checkout. This security deposit is increased to 50,000 THB for rentals during holidays (Christmas, year-end holidays, Chinese New Year, Songkran etc...) The security deposit can be made by bank transfer (transfer fees payable by the tenant) Included in the price: pool (twice a week) and garden maintenance, internet (fiber optic), domestic water. Electricity consumption is charged extra at cost price (7 THB/kWh) This helps us keep our rental prices low and helps our customers be environmentally responsible. For example, a reasonable consumption is 280 THB per day (7.50 EUR). Of course, consumption is highly variable depending on the number of guests and the use of air conditioning and water heaters A meter reading will be done at check-in and checkout. The villa is in a very quiet area, there is no noise at night. After 10:30pm music is prohibited Parties are not allowed. End-of-stay cleaning is included. You won't have to pay for it. You can request one (or more) intermediate cleaning(s) during your stay, which also includes changing all sheets and towels and replenishing consumables (Cost 2000 THB) If you prefer to do the cleaning yourself, everything you need (washing machine, vacuum cleaner, cleaning products, laundry etc.) is available for free. "Hangover Samui" and "Grab" provide a fresh food delivery service across the island 24 hours a day.
