The space This home is situated on 2.5 acres with privacy on all sides. The backyard and pool area back up to an amazing view of deer roaming freely. The home has 4 bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom has one king and one day bed with a trundle (two twins). The second bedroom has one queen and one twin, the third bedroom has one queen and one twin, and the fourth bedroom/common area has a couch with a twin. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and the other bedrooms share a hall bath. There is a dedicated office/work space off the kitchen. A beautiful 6 seat glass top dining table over looks the pool and back yard space. A large open living, dining and kitchen area give ample space to hang out and socialize in. The built in bookcases in the living room flank each side of the fireplace and hold many board and card games for hours of family fun. Whether you're lounging poolside with a good book or hosting an elegant evening gathering under the stars, this outdoor oasis is sure to impress. Guest access All areas of this home are available for your use, except the garage. Other things to note There is a detached guest house in close proximity to the main home. It does have one tenant occupying it. They do not have access to the back yard or have views of the backyard. Please do not block the driveway. We do allow up to two pets. There is an additional non-refundable pet fee cost of $150 for the first dog and $50 for the second pet. We ask that pets are not left uncrated when owner’s leave and all waste is picked up from the yard. We do have a hot tub attached to our pool but it is not heated, nor is the pool. We are 4 miles from Lakeline Station park and ride railstop that will take you downtown, 1/2 mile to Brushy Creek Trail Park, 1.5 miles to WILCO Park, 8 miles to Kalahari and Dell Diamond and 23 miles to UT football stadium and downtown Austin.
