Book your stay while dates are open! The space Welcome to your perfect getaway! This beautiful 2- bedroom 2- bath pool home offers comfort, relaxation and convenience all in one. Located in a quiet neighborhood but close to many restaurants and shopping. Located just minutes from the famous Weeki Wachee Springs where you can enjoy kayaking, boating, swimming or just watching the wildlife. After a long day you can enjoy the screened in lanai where you can sit at the table and watch a 65 inch TV, dip in the pool to cool off or just relax in a comfy lounge chair. The pool can be heated for an additional charge. There is also an enclosed dining room off the lanai with a table that you are able to watch the TV or eat your meals. The backyard is completely fenced it so if you have any children or furbabies they are able to enjoy the backyard safely. The pool has Florida glass around the bottom to give pool privacy while you are cooling off. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs, there is a coffee bar next to the dining room table also for your use. There is also a comfy living room where you can relax watching TV, take a nap or just read a book. Whether you are here to enjoy the outdoors or simply relax by the pool, this home will be your perfect getaway! The couch also offers room for 2 people to sleep on if this is a larger group of people staying and there is bedding available in the closet across from the AC door in hallway. Guests can watch the famous underwater mermaid shows and swim in crystal-clear spring water at Weeki Wachee Springs State Park, which also features the spring-fed water park Buccaneer Bay. Relax at the Gulf beach and watch stunning sunsets at Pine Island Park, or explore the scenic waterways and wildlife at Weeki Wachee Preserve. Outdoor lovers can kayak or paddleboard along the Weeki Wachee River and spot manatees, dolphins, and native Florida wildlife. The garage is where the washer and dryer are and is only to be used for that. NO kids playing in there. Owners motorcycle is stored in there so no vehicle parking is allowed in garage. All guests and pets MUST be on the reservation when booked. Other things to note There must be an adult 21 years or older registered as a guest. Any party found to be lying about age or number of guests will be evicted without refund. NOISE - This home resides in a permanent residence area. If a noise violation is reported and/or police are called to address your rental party, consequences will include a $150 fine and possible eviction. PARTIES - Not permitted. There is a strict NOISE ORDINANCE after 11 pm. Please obey. OCCUPANCY - Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced. During the course of your stay, at no time should the number of people at the property exceed what is documented on your reservation. AIR CONDITIONING / THERMOSTATS - Do not adjust any lower than 70 degrees and keep fan on AUTO. When Departing please adjust temp to 75 in summer months and 65 in winter months. BASIC SUPPLIES - The home will be stocked with a “starter kit” of supplies such as 2 rolls of paper towels, 4 rolls of toilet paper, dish detergent, 2 dishwasher tablets, 2 trash bags, shampoo/conditioner and body wash. If more is needed during your stay, please plan to bring with you or purchase at a local store. BEDDING - The home will be set with bed linens on each bed and bath towel sets. 1 Bath towel set will be provided per unit occupant (1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 washcloth). Beach Towels are not provided. SMOKING - Not permitted in the home. There will be an additional $300.00 fee if this occurs. When smoking outside please properly dispose of cigarette butts or an additional fee will occur for cleanup TRASH - Dispose of your trash (including recyclables) when departing in blue can at the end of driveway. Make sure all garbage is in can because garbage company will not take anything next to can on ground. WINDOW BLINDS- please close upon departure. PETS- If your reservation has a dog please clean up after it. You will have to dispose of feces in a bag making sure bag is secure and placed in blue garbage can out front. There will be an 200.00 fee if it is not cleaned up. POOL- When utilizing the pool area, no: diving, running, rough play or glass. Please see additional pool guidelines below: - Guests will use the pool facilities at their own risk - Guests will place all pool toys and chairs back to their original place - Guests who can't swim need to be supervised - All children who visit the pool must be supervised at all times - Guests must inform the host immediately in case of a safety or maintenance issue relating to the pool or its equipment - Guest who booked home assumes responsibility to supervise all of their party to ensure they are following pool rules We are not responsible for any injuries/death -The pool can be heated for an additional charge of $20.00 a day. This is only available to stays longer than 3 days since it takes 3 days to heat the pool water. The temperature of the heated pool will range from 77-85 depending on the night befores air temperature since the pool is not covered. Stays longer than 3 weeks will be adjusted. 72 hours notice is required and a separate invoice will be sent for this service.
