Welcome to our Cozy & Spacious 2-Bedroom Home, perfect for families seeking a relaxing stay! Please note up to 4 guests is the max. Bedrooms: Master Bedroom: Enjoy the comfort of a King-sized bed, complete with an en-suite bathroom for your privacy and convenience. Second Bedroom: A cozy space with a fun bunk bed, ideal for kids or additional guests, plus access to a full bathroom right next door. Additional Sleeping Arrangements: With prior notice, you’re welcome to bring a cot or inflatable mattress for additional sleeping space. It can be set up in the Master Bedroom or the spacious living room area. Please let us know in advance so we can accommodate your needs. Living Spaces: The large living room offers plenty of seating, making it perfect for family time or unwinding after a day of exploring. The dining room is just off the kitchen and offers a great space for meals and conversation. You'll also enjoy the large kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen features a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and a variety of appliances located in the cabinets making it easy to prepare your favorite meals during your stay. Don't forget to bring your favorite K-Pods - this kitchen has a Keurig! Step outside to the lanai, where you can enjoy the outdoors in comfort, whether you're sipping coffee or soaking up the sun. Additional Amenities: This is a gated community. Parking is a breeze with space for 2 vehicles in the driveway. Please note, the garage is not available for parking and no street parking allowed.
