Historic Franklin House was built in 1903 and located in the heart of Boise's North End. You are walking distance to Hyde Park, restaurants, breweries, and shopping and biking distance to Downtown. We have a dedicated remote work space with Hi-speed Wifi included. Our house can sleep 8 people and is family friendly. There is parking behind the house for up to 3 cars and parking available in the front of the house as well. We look forward to sharing our 1903 Historic Boise Gem with you. The space The entire house is for you to enjoy and make your home. Main level has a TV room, dining room (that can sit 8 people we have a bench not pictured that can be used for extra seating), Full kitchen with Stove, Over, Microwave, and refrigerator. Bathroom 1 is on main floor with shower and toilet. There is an office space on ground floor as well or it can just be used as a quiet sitting room for reading or relaxing. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a Queen pull out coach, Bedroom 3 (not pictured will be up asap bed is arriving tomorrow 12/20) has a trundle bed with 2 twins. Bathroom 2 upstairs is a full bathroom as well. There is also a nice sitting room upstairs for reading, relaxing or good conversation space! *note both bathrooms have a claw foot tub with the shower attached so a step up into the bathtub is required* Guest access The entire house is yours to use. We have laundry downstairs as well. The backyard is completely fenced. During warmer months we will have a BBQ, Table and Chairs, fire pit, and yard games (not pictured as put away for snowy Idaho weather!) Other things to note We have a pack & play available for smaller children and there is a baby gate installed at the top and bottom of the stairs. We offer Sling on all TV's and you are welcome to log into any other streaming services while you are a guest.
