Shared bathroom, kitchen & living room with CENTRAL HEAT & in-room AC. Check-in is 12PM until 10PM / check-out is 10AM. **Please note before booking: This is a shared space. You are renting a room, not the entire apartment :) Please NO other guests outside of your reservation and NO smoking. Thank you! Guest access Please make sure your phone number on your account is correct, and you can provide that to us before arriving at our property. My cohost will be sending you the check-in guide by text (SMS) or ‎Whats App. Unfortunately, this is non-negotiable so if you don’t have a phone number that we can reach you, please do not book our listing. Other things to note Please, no infants or children under 18. No pets. Please be a personally responsible guest! There is a cleaning lady who comes once a week but you are expected to clean up after yourself in the meantime. *Just a Reminder* This is a shared space so you will be sharing the kitchen, bathroom, and the living space with others. If you have another person with you, please make sure to update the reservation to two. We kindly ask that you do not have any guests outside the reservation in the apartment at anytime. Please do not have any package/mail deliveries to the house. Unfortunately things get stolen. Please use a locker. There are several nearby.
