Enchanted Orangerie d’Esclimont just outside Paris

Welcome to this magnificent 17th century orangery in the Château d'Esclimont estate. Quietly located in a landscaped, wooded and preserved environment, this small castle with elegant architecture is a charming gem. Located between the chateaux of Versailles and Rambouillet and the cathedral of Chartres, the residence is ideally suited for an activity related to regional and cultural tourism. You will be seduced by the charm of an old building with unique comfort. The space The four double bedrooms are on the first floor, each equipped with its own shower room and/or bath. On this floor you will also find a double living room with TV and fireplace. Going down to the garden level by a magnificent 17th century wooden staircase, you will discover a vast living room offering several spaces conducive to relaxation, reading or piano practice. On the left side of this garden level is a large kitchen-dining room, while the office and laundry occupy the right side. The garden is accessible from both floors. The garden level opens onto a large south-facing terrace, ideal for alfresco dining in good weather. The pool is accessible from April to the end of September. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire main house. They will not have access to the pool area until the season allows, nor to the inside of the greenhouse. Other things to note Our charming home is more than just a rental - it's our family home, filled with memories and personal items that give it a warm and authentic atmosphere. We are excited to share this space with you and hope you enjoy the comfort and history that comes with it. We ask that you treat our home with the same respect and care as we do, taking care of the personal items that make it so special. Our house is not suitable for parties. We encourage a respectful and peaceful environment, ideal for enjoying a pleasant stay. Note that the owner resides in an adjoining house, but the two spaces are distinct, thus offering everyone total independence. We respect your privacy while remaining available for any assistance.
