Relax in the small hamlet of Riom in our Tga Franzestg, just a few kilometres from Savognin. The perfect place for an unforgettable stay in the heart of the Swiss Parc Ela Nature Park. The interiors are warm and cosy, renovated in 2023, preserving characteristic 17th century wooden elements, combined with modern elements in natural iron and designer furniture. Prices include bed linen, towels and tourist tax, which entitles guests to the Val Surses tourist card. The space The interior is warm and cosy, renovated in 2023 while preserving the characteristic wooden elements of this 17th century house. The original Stua has a large south-facing panoramic window with a large larch wood terrace. Arranged on 2 floors and a basement, it has a total area of 200sqm and consists of 3 1/2 rooms, for a total of 8 beds (we recommend a maximum of 6 adults + 2 children) From December 2025, our ‘Cembra Relax’ area with sauna is available on the ground floor. Guest access Access is from the private car park behind the building, via external stairs, giving access to the first floor. On the first floor there is a large open kitchen, a dining room and a living room with a stove and a panoramic window with access to the large larch wood terrace. there is also a service room with a second refrigerator/freezer. On the second floor are the bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor there are the technical rooms, the woodshed, a small green area. "Cembra Relax " area with Sauna is now avaliable. Other things to note Smoking is prohibited throughout the house and on the terrace. We do not accept pets at this property. Our unit is adjacent to other owners, we request respect and silence after 11pm.
