The access is with a key which is located on the building. Once standing in front of the building you see the green window covers in the middle. Then left of that is the key deposit. Inside are 2 keys. 1 for the building entrance and one for the apartment entrance. Then right of the green window covers is is a metal door. That is the front building door. Once you entered there you walk straight and see a wooden door. That is the apartment entrance door (key is blue to get access).
