Any changes to bed configurations must be requested at least seven days in advance, and is not guaranteed. The maximum guests is 8 - including infants and children. If the BBQ runs low on gas you can swap & go at the petrol station. Send through the receipt for reimbursement. BBQ must be left fully clean or a $100 clean fee is raised. # Stays over 21 days will occur extra cleaning charges (cleaning fee x 2). ## Stays checking out on public holidays will be charged an additional $100 to cover increased cleaning rates.
