This beautiful house is set in the heart of the Costa Brava which has some of the most Beautiful beaches in the world. Ten minutes drive to S’Agaró. The house provides a great base for four to five families. With nine/ten Bedrooms. Huge Living room Huge Media Room with Air Hockey table. Seven Bathroom / Shower Rooms Large Family Kitchen leading to full size Webber BBQ leading to outdoor eating area. 10mx5m swimming pool with waterfall adds to the excitement for a summer family holiday. Guest access The house sits in its own 2m plot of land with off street parking for one car, free on street parking. The house land and pool is exclusively for the holiday rental. Other things to note The house is in a quite residential area on the edge of countryside. However it is still very close to the beaches restaurants and bars of the costa brava. Closest beach is San Pol Beach S’Agaró, Plantja D’Aro and San Felui de Guixols. There is one restaurant which is a ten minute walk from the house but we feel you do really need at least one car between all guests.
