Cozy cabin at Zillertal resort

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING Welcome to our cozy little house at an award winning resort in Zillertal. Perfect for families with children or firends who want to enjoy an active holiday. NOT a place for a party. IMPORTANT 1. You need to pay GUEST FEES to the resort. See photo for prices. Guest fees are NOT included in the price on AirBnB. 2. Bed linen and towels NOT included. You MUST bring these yourself or rent at the resort. 3. CLEANING is done by the guests! There is no cleaning service The space Our small house is named HASENSTALL and has been on the resort since 1960 but is recently renovated to a high modern standard. Fully equipped with comfortable beds and modern KITCHEN combined with a cozy traditional Tiroler-style dining area. Dishwasher machines are found in the service failities. The house has COLD water only, which is operated with a water system that you fill with water from the well just outside the house. Heating is delivered with a TRUMA gas heating system. There is no AC. There are 2 fans. There is a CAMPING TOILET in the house that you can use i you want to. "Normal" toilets are found in the service facilities 1/2 minute's walk from the house. There is no shower in the house. There are several service facilities where you find PRIVATE SHOWER ROOMS of very good standard. Before checking in you will receive a set of INSTRUCTION VIDEOS demonstrating how to operate water system, heating and camping toilet. Cozy terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee, lunch or late dinner in the dark with candels under tha stars. Toys for young children are found under one of the beds. Pivate WIFI in the house. At the resort the whole family will find plenty to do: - Climbing hall (21 m),. - Gym - Lake with sun loungers. - Swimming pools (2 heated pools + child pool), water slide, relax area. - 7 saunas. - Skateboard park. - Kids' play house. - Restaurants. - Ski rental service. Guest access The house offers: - kitchen (gas) - heating (Truma) - camping toilet (that you need to empty yourself). Only one minutes walk from the house you will find several big SERVICE FACILITIES. The service facilities are very well maintained and equipped with lavish materials. In the service facilities: - toilets - dish washhers (freee of charge) - showers (individual booths), - bathtub - bathrooms - washing machines (extra cost) - drying room - ski lodge Other things to note TOTAL COST Please calculate the total cost of your stay yourself: + AirBnB fee + camping guest fees (13,90-26,50 EUR per day/per person) + renting bed linen (8 EUR / person) + renting towel set (5 EUR / person, 1 big & 1 small towel) + tourist tax (2,60 / adult / day ------------------------------------------------- = Total price for your stay The guest fee is a fee paid to the camping. I as a host have no influence over the guest fee. The guest fee varies depending on season and the age of the guest. A photo in the listing shows the guest fees. RESORT CLOSED During a few weeks the resort is closed, meaning the pool area, saunas and kids' club are closed. Restaurants, climbing hall, gym, service facilities and ski lodge are still open.
