It's even better! The space This unit is suitable for individuals or young couples looking for some privacy and western style living in the middle of the city. It's undoubtedly one of the best available in the building at a great value price. Very functional and spacious compared to a hotel room. The unit has the following: 1) Queen sized firm spring mattress with pull out bed 2) Dining table and seating for 2 3) Kitchen with microwave and basic cookware 4) Modern bathroom with instant hot water heaters. 5) a 32" LCD TV with HDMI connections with NETFLIX 6) Air conditioning 7) unlimited internet Guest access Knightsbridge requires access cards for elevators. We will request from security an access card (with picture) for the main registered guest. (Processing fee of Php350 charged by building is already included in the cleaning fee.) If you need additional cards from the building (additional Php 350 fee charged by the building per card), just let us know and we can request it from the building. Note: Any last minute holiday or weekend bookings made after 4PM each Friday (or on holidays) unfortunately won’t have access to the amenities due to the building's Admin office availability. We can however process your access rights once the building's admin office resumes the next business-day morning, that will be effective for the remainder of your stay. Cards are NON-TRANSFERABLE and must be returned to the building upon check out. The building administration will charge Php 3,000 for any lost or damaged card. Guests will also be required to sign the building’s House Manual prior to check in. The manual lists all rules with corresponding penalties. Other things to note Building security is fairly strict, so we'll need to pre-register you before arrival. We will ask for a copy of your passport w entry stamp (foreigners) or government-issued ID (local guests) to be sent to us prior to your arrival. Additional housekeeping service is available upon request for a fee of P500 Said prices includes cleaning, change of linens and a refresh of the toiletries. Please schedule at least a day ahead.
