Please note, these are not our fees as the hosts, but fees the community requires all guests to pay to cover the costs associated with operating and maintaining all of the amenities and facilities at Stillwater Lakes Civic Association. the property manager requires that all guests have their profile 100% verified. Please upload your government-issued ID and payment method in your account settings, as well as send us a photo of your ID. Eligible refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee. A damage waiver fee ($40) is included for all reservations. Most channels add this upfront. Others do not have this capability, and it will be manually added to the invoice once the reservation is confirmed. Given the rural setting of the property, occasional sightings of ants, spiders, flying insects, and mice may occur despite our year-round pest control efforts. We strive to manage these encounters to the best of our ability, but cannot guarantee that the house will be completely pest free. NOTE: We provide enough essential items to cover stays of about 2-3 nights. If you need more supplies during your stay, you can visit one of the following nearby stores: ShopRite, Weis Market, ALDI, Wawa We do our best to ensure there is propane available for grills and/or fire pits, but cannot guarantee there will be propane for use throughout your stay. If all available tanks are empty, we ask that you refill a tank and provide a receipt for reimbursement. Must go to the Summit Lake main beach to swim. ● NO FOOD OR OIL DOWN THE DRAIN ● FLUSH ONLY TOILET PAPER DOWN TOILETS ● NO GLASS, PETS, LOTIONS, OILS, SOAPS, ETC. IN HOT TUB ● Replace hot tub cover after use. ● SAUNA - Supervise children at all times. Limit use to 15 minutes. DO NOT use if pregnant, in poor health, or under medical care. DO NOT bring food or drink into the sauna. ● TRASH - All trash must be in bags. Place bags in the trash cans located next to the driveway and secure the trash can lids.
