Bed & Bath: -3 Air conditioned bedrooms, 1 in the 1st floor, 2 in the 2nd floor. -Each with en-suite bathroom. -1 additional bathroom and shower area near the pool. Living spaces: -A comfy pool, perfect for lounging around. -Ready to use kitchen and cooking utensils. -Cooling fan on the living area. -Balconies on the 2nd floor bedrooms, one facing the pool, the other facing street. Our villa caretaker will handover the keys to you upon arrival. Check in time is at 15.00, and check out time is at 12.00 early check in and late check out should be negotiated with the villa caretaker, if available. Other things to note ❗️Please supervise children and be considerate when partying after midnight. ❗️Smoking allowed only at outdoor area. ❗️Please have a good attitude, we are at peacefull housing.
