The residence offers access to a large outdoor pool (open in July and August), and the beach is just a short walk away. The apartment is located on the 4th floor with lift access. Other things to note Please note: The residence is partly under renovation and certain common areas may appear dated or less well maintained. This in no way impacts the quality of the apartment, completely renovated, clean, comfortable and consistent with the photos. The residence’s swimming pool is open from July 1st to August 31st, 2025, every day from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The access card allows up to 4 guests to enter at the same time. When the reservation is validated, a registration form will be sent to you. Please respect the places and elements made available.
