With its private parking and sunny loggia overlooking the mountains, this accommodation is perfect for a stay in the mountains with family or friends. The space 🛏 Sleeping arrangements & layout The apartment sleeps up to 5 guests: - One bedroom with 160 cm queen size bed, storage unit, TV and view of the loggia (sheets not provided - optional if needed) - A second bedroom with bunk bed including a double bed of 140 cm, a single bed of 90 cm and storage cabinet (sheets not provided - optional if necessary) 🍽 Kitchen & living room The open kitchen is a real call for conviviality, with its large dining area. It is fully equipped: - Dishes, pans, pots and cooking utensils, - Induction cooktop, hood, oven, microwave, - Fridge with freezer, dishwasher, - Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, You will have everything available to cook like at home. The living room includes a comfortable sofa, a Smart TV (Netflix, YouTube...) and Wi-Fi, as well as a high table for 5 people. 🚿 Bathroom & toilet - Large Italian shower with thermostatic mixer and relaxing rain shower - Sink, backlit mirror, towel dryer, hairdryer with diffuser, - Toilet 📦Storage A large storage closet is located at the entrance with a rod, hangers, shelves, a large mirror and a washing machine. A second closet in the double bedroom area is also equipped with shelves, a rod and hangers. A space to hang ski, sports or clothing items is also available next to the front door. 🌞 Loggia A large sunny loggia, in the extension of the living room, offers a beautiful view of the mountains. Equipped with a table, chairs, and armchairs, it allows you to enjoy a moment of relaxation, an aperitif with friends or a family breakfast. 🏡 Services & amenities available - Ski locker at Sport 2000, opposite the apartment and at the foot of the slopes - Private and secure parking with a barrier, a real asset in the resort - Secure access to the building via digicode (communicated before check-in) - Wifi Guest access 🚗 Parking & access to the residence Free parking is available. It is secured by a barrier. This is a free placement. 🔑 Access to the accommodation Access to the residence is via a digicode and that of the accommodation is via a lockbox, giving you the freedom to arrive at a time that suits you, in complete autonomy. All the necessary information will be sent to you just before your arrival for a serene, autonomous and easy welcome. Other things to note Pillows and duvets are provided. However, we leave it to guests to come with their own linens and towels. They are therefore not included in the rental.
