The space The main villa is three bedrooms and three baths, with a fully self-contained guest suite (non-air-conditioned), equipped with cooktop, full bathroom, living space, etc. Plus, two outdoor kitchens, one with a pizza oven, expansive terraces, and enchanting views of the castle, the old town, and the Med, there are so many elements to love about Villa Tita. Guest access Guests have full access to the main villa, the guest suite, and both garages, plus all kitchens, terraces, pool, and spa tub. Other things to note Please be aware there is a heating charge for the pool, if pool heating is desired. Please let us know at booking if you’d like pool heating. It’s €20/day (electric bill goes up by that much when pool is heated, and it’s for length of stay, as it requires two days to get it started before arrival).
