Welcome to Kannonkoski! Stay near downtown in a quiet single-family home area. The price always includes linen! Downtown services only about 600m. Downtown is served by two shops, a pharmacy, a gas station for lunch and a list of dishes, a cafe, a cozy playground, and a nice beach. about 600m away is the marina, and there is also a beach and dressing rooms. 7km away is the youth center Piispala, with a great setting for sports and leisure. The space The whole house is at your disposal! The house has district heating, so you don't have to heat the house in winter. Downstairs there is an entrance hall, toilet and laundry facilities, a living room and a kitchen. The bathroom has a toilet, shower and sauna. The sauna can easily accommodate 3 adults/2 adults and 2 children. The sauna has an electric stove. The living room has a nice big sofa where you can spend time with a larger group. The kitchen has a dining area for 4 people. A high chair is also available. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a dishwasher, a spacious refrigerator, a microwave, an electric stove with an oven, a coffee maker and a washing machine. You should bring your own laundry detergent, but if there is detergent above the machine, you are free to use it. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, the largest of which is approximately 18m2. This large bedroom has a 160cm double bed and a crib. Two smaller rooms have extra beds. 120cm sofa bed and mattress. The price includes bedding and linens. In addition, essentials such as toilet paper are included in the accommodation. Final cleaning is always the responsibility of the guest unless otherwise agreed. If you want to vacation without cleaning, we offer a cleaning service for 55 euros. If the final cleaning has not been agreed in advance and the house has been left unclean, we will charge 150 euros for the cleaning. Guest access The whole house is at your disposal. You will receive check-in instructions after you have booked. There is a storage room in the house that is locked separately. Other things to note The wooden sauna in the yard building is not in use for the time being. Requires minor refurbishment before use. So please don't use the outdoor sauna.
