The house is located on The Ponderosa site, which has a green area of 2,000 m2, and parking space. Access restricted only to the main house of the property, where the host lives. The owner lives in the main house and is available to assist whenever necessary. The kitchen area consists of a stove, refrigerator, blender, utensils, cabinets and shelves. The bathroom shower is heated by a solar system. The house also has an outdoor shower perfect for a post-beach shower.
