Nicely located family summer house of 105 m2, with a nice view of Venø Bay. The house is located in a quiet area and only 5 min. to the beach. There are 10 beds, the house is best for families of e.g. 4 adults and 4 children. If there are 10 Pers. it costs DKK 100 per Pers. per night extra. During the school summer holidays, the house is only rented out for min. 1 week, sat - sat. The house is not rented out to youth groups. Please note the surcharge for consumption of electricity and water. The space There are plenty of opportunities for sporting activities. In the garden there is a volleyball net with associated ball as well as badminton rackets and shuttlecocks. A outdoor whirlpool is possible if needed (+200kr). The Limfjord is fantastic for surfers and SUP. You can rent SUP. Good MTB and running/walking routes in nature close by. Not far from the summer house, there is a good football golf course and a fishing lake. Guest access We take great pride in our guests feeling welcome and that the house is treated with respect. Possibility of charging an electric car only 100 meters from the house. Other things to note Additional costs for electricity and water consumption. Electricity costs DKK 4.50 per KWh and DKK 75 per M3. Final cleaning and rental of towels, tea towels, cloths and bed linen are included in the price. There is also some wood for the wood-burning stove. Extra wood can be purchased for DKK 50 for 1 large basket. If you do NOT want the bed linen package and final cleaning, this must be cancelled no later than 7 days before arrival. Checking your own cleaning is DKK 200. The amount will be refunded max. 3 days after departure.
