The spacious King bed is dressed in quality bedding, where you can unwind and watch the sunset over the valley, all from the comfort of your pillow. The fully equipped kitchen features modern Smeg appliances, including a coffee machine, fridge, oven/microwave, and cooktop, alongside a dishwasher for convenience. Enjoy your morning coffee or breakfast at the bar bench while spotting wildlife, or unwind in the built-in 2.5-seater couch, perfect for relaxing with a warm drink. The sleek and cozy, fully fitted bathroom includes a shower, basin, and toilet, stocked with high-quality towels and natural bath products to enhance your experience. For cozy nights in the bus offers a split-system air conditioner ensuring comfort year-round and for those who want to stay connected, the brand-new Smart TV with WiFi connected is ideal for streaming or can be used as an art piece, your choice! The CBD is only 15-20 minutes away, and Uber rides typically cost around $20-30, depending on demand. Guest access The bus is tucked away in a quiet corner of our property, about 50m from our home, giving you all you need for a relaxing stay. You’ll have easy access via our personal driveway and backyard, with a designated parking area near the bus. We’ll provide you with a remote control to access the automated gate, ensuring smooth entry and exit. We recommend arriving before sun down to familiarise yourself with the driveway/access to the bus as there are no street lights & very minimal lighting to the bus. Other things to note • This is an adults-only retreat. • The bus is located on our home property, approximately 50m from our house. • The back of the neighbouring property is partly visible from the bus patio, but we have also built a large privacy screen which blocks line-of sight to their house. • This is strictly a quiet space. No events, parties or extra guests permitted. There is a 9pm curfew is in place for any outdoor noise to maintain the tranquil atmosphere & respect calmness for the wildlife. • we kindly request that you exercise caution & please drive slowly and carefully through our property. •No smoking at all; smoking is not allowed in the bus or on the grounds. We live in a Fire Danger Area- Things to know- Total Fire Ban- 1 November 2025 to 14th May 2026, these dates may be extended where high fire danger persists. • Fire danger periods/Severe Weather Warnings - In the unlikely event that a catastrophic fire danger day is declared by the CFS (Country Fire Service) , any bookings at the time will be cancelled and monies returned , or alternative booking dates provided. •During windy conditions and on days with total fire bans, outdoor fires are not permitted for safety reasons.
