The space Large plot of land in front of the dam that has a main house (1 en-suite), a guest house (3 en-suites) and two swimming pools. Main House: - Suite 01: one double bed Guest House: - Suite 02: one double bed - Suite 03: two single beds (+1 extra single mattress) - Suite 04: two single beds (+1 extra single mattress) The house, as well as the grounds, is spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped, we have FIBER OPTIC WIFI internet, SmarTV, air-conditioning in all rooms + gas shower, fireplace in the living room and work tables. We are located within Praia dos Bosques Dourados, a gated community with motorized night rounds. The house has a wooden deck that, with the help of the hundreds of trees around, you can make your lunches, appetizers or dinners under a very pleasant shade. There is a Weber barbecue grill. Next to the house is a boathouse that will not be available. It is very well integrated with the garden. There are 2 kayaks that we recommend for a paddle on the dam. The house must have caretaker service provided by the caretakers who live on the property in their own house. In addition to knowing the house well and being very capricious, they can assist in the kitchen, cleaning and gardening. They work from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The amounts, as well as the service to be provided, must be agreed upon and paid directly to our employee at the time of your check-out.
