Treat yourself to the quiet and cool apartment “Sapore Di Mare” , equipped with all comforts to feel at home away from home, in a residence with rooftop pool just in front of the golden sandy Versilia beach. The space The apartment is on the first floor, reachable with elevator and overlooking a very quiet and green side road of the sea avenue. Total 66 sqm, the apartment consists of entrance hall, living room with sofa bed and tv, open kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave and freezer, double bedroom with smart tv, windowed bathroom with shower and two habitable terraces, with one on the side from which you can appreciate an inviting glimpse of the sea and beach. Equipped also with an indoor 16sqm assigned parking space, washing machine, wifi and hot cold inverter air conditioning, the apartment is suitable for stays as long as desired at all times of the year and accomodates 2 guests in the bedroom. Up to 2 additional guests may be hosted on the sofabed in leaving room. Safety is our first priority: the apartment meets all legal safety requirements and is equipped with two smoke detectors. More smoke detectors along with fire extinguishers are available in the corridors of the residence. Carbon monoxide and natural gas detectors are not needed and so they are not deployed in the apartment as all appliances and heating devices are powered by electricity. Rex Residence is located just by the entrance of the promenade of Marina di Pietrasanta, a few steps away from all services and clubs. The sea, with all typical Versilia beach services such as umbrellas, beach beds and chairs available during summer for rent, is right in front of the residence, just cross the street, along with beach restaurants and coffees. With their wide sandy beaches, Marina di Pietrasanta and other famous nearby tourist destinations in Versilia, such as Viareggio and Forte Dei Marmi, offer countless natural, cultural, and artistic attractions, captivating visitors with their glamor and exclusive charm. Marina di Pietrasanta is served by a highway exit, from which Lucca, Pisa, and Florence can be easily reached by car in less than an hour. Pisa International Airport is a half-hour away by highway. Trains stop in nearby Viareggio and can be taken to other Italian tourist destinations. From Viareggio, you can also embark on day trips to the Tyrrhenian Coastal attractions such as the Cinque Terre, Porto Venere, Portofino, and the Tuscan islands. Guest access Times for checkin and checkout need always to be requested and agreed before arrival with Rex Residence, that will confirm actual schedule based on personnel and apartment availability. Between Jun 15th and Sep 15th checkins and checkouts will be at no surcharge each day between 9.00 and 13,00 or between 15,00 and 18,00. Between Sep 15th and Jun 15th checkins and checkouts will be at no surcharge between 9,00 and 13,00 on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Checkins and checkouts outside of above mentioned timeslots may be at a surcharge not included in price. Rex Residence personnel will contact you at least a week before arrival to agree on schedule for your checkin and checkout times. At this time you will also be informed if any surcharge applicable for your desired checkin and checkout times. If any surcharge applicable, it will have to be paid to Rex Residence on site. Unless requested and agreed differently before arrival with Rex Residence, - your checkin time is assumed and actually scheduled between 12,00 and 13,00 - your checkout time is assumed and actually scheduled between 9,00 and 10,00 At checkin Rex Residence personnel will meet you at the reception at the agreed time to introduce you to the apartment and to hand over the keys directly to you. Rex Residence personnel will also assist with checkout and collect directly from you the keys at your departure. Other things to note In summer from Jun 15th till Sept 15th , the residence provides, included in the price, daily reception service and the use of swimming pool (opening hours 9,30-13,00 / 15,30-19,30 ) and solarium area, both located on the roof reachable by elevator and from where you can admire a fantastic 360-degree view of the sea and the Apuane Alps. For stays shorter than 28 days, price includes cost for final cleaning, utilities, linens for beds, towels in bathroom and in kitchen for 2 guests. In summer period from Jun 15th till Sept 15th price includes also cleaning fee for following services: - one linen and towel change every 4 nights for stays of 6 nights or longer - daily reset of apartment With regard to stays 28 day long or more, costs for utilities, linens and towels, cleaning services described above are not included in the price and will be paid separately on site. A local tourism tax of 1.5 eur per person per night is to be paid at the reception of the residence and is not included in the displayed price. Official fiscal receipt for the paid full amount will be provided at the reception when checking out.
