Other things to note Please be aware of the following points regarding your stay: • Smoking is not allowed indoors. If you wish to smoke, please do so on the balcony. A cleaning fee of 50,000 JPY will be charged if smoking occurs indoors. • As we are located in a residential area, we kindly ask you to refrain from parties or loud gatherings. Please keep noise to a minimum after 9 PM to respect our neighbors. • If the police are called or security staff from a security company respond due to parties or noise complaints, a fee of 20,000 yen will be charged for each hour of response. • Shoes are not permitted indoors. • Cleaning is performed by a professional cleaning service. • There will be no cleaning during your stay. If you would like additional cleaning during a long stay, please consult us (additional fees apply). • If there are signs of vomiting due to drinking parties, a fee of 50,000 yen will be charged for vomit cleanup. • Any damage to furniture or equipment will incur additional charges. • If you check out late without prior notice, a fee of 3,000 JPY will be charged for every 10 minutes. • Please ensure that the doors are securely locked. We cannot be held responsible for theft or other issues. • There is no elevator, so please use the stairs.
