Idyllic attic apartment on the harbor

With this special apartment right on the harbor of Porto Maurizio overlooking the sea, the beach, cafés, restaurants, pizzeria, ice cream parlors, shopping shops, pharmacy, bakery, bike rental and much more are right outside the front door. This will make your stay a varied and relaxing vacation. The space Directly on the harbor of Porto Maurizio, the marina, is our newly renovated apartment for 2 (+2) people, bookable from July 2024. On the 3rd floor (= 3 stairs without elevator) there is a bedroom with a double bed with a high-quality mattress measuring 1.80 x 2.00 m, a living room with an integrated kitchenette, a dining area, a high-quality sofa bed measuring 1.60 x 2.00 m and a shower room. The apartment is bright and sunny and from all windows you can see the sea. In the hot months of July & August, a newly installed air conditioning system provides cooling. The shutters on all windows provide sun protection during the day and darkening at night. Guest access The entire apartment is available to our guests for their exclusive use. Other things to note Our apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a historic natural stone house without an elevator, so it is not accessible and is not suitable for people with walking disabilities and is only suitable for infants. Nevertheless, infants are of course welcome and we provide a baby travel bed and high chair. Parking , for a fee and free of charge, is available in limited number near Via Caboto. For the numerous activities that are offered in the vicinity of the port and in Porto Maurizio, a car is not absolutely necessary.
