Detached house near the center

Cozy house in a quiet area with a large yard, but still close to downtown services. A good base if you want to explore the sights in the area, etc... Comfortably 6-7 people. A good place for work crews for both longer and shorter needs. Plenty of room for cars and a large peaceful backyard. The space The house has 3 bedrooms, a fireplace room, a living room, a kitchen, a toilet, a bathroom and a sauna. In the backyard, there is a terrace with furniture, which is in use from spring to autumn. Guest access The entire house is available to guests, excluding the garage and 2 storage rooms. Other things to note As a host, I am naturally not obliged to pay for the costs of your travel during the stay, so if you need to charge the batteries of your vehicle using the house's electricity, we will agree on compensation on a case-by-case basis.
