The floors are natural wood, tile, and porcelain, therefore you may want to bring slippers to wear in the apartment. The balcony has outdoor furniture for enjoying the spectacular view of the bay and the mountains. Guest access Guest have use of the entire apartment and may park a car in the garage or in front of the building. Other things to note Bookings with children under the age of 12 are not allowed. The apartment is not set up for children or infants. Only smoking on the balcony is allowed. No smoking inside the apartment! The sofa/couch in the living room is a pull-out bed, comfortable enough for 2 adults. There are extra sheets, pillows, and covers for the couch bed in the hallway or bedroom closet.
