Sip your morning coffee or spark up a barbeque on the private back deck overlooking the pines. The main entrance is located on this upper level, along with the kitchen, living room, and dining area. Downstairs, enjoy some friendly competition in the game room. Pack light, a washer/dryer is located just outside the kitchen door. There is so much to do and explore! Visit cafés and gift shops in Historic Groveland, and enjoy a variety of restaurants in town or enjoy the Gold Country Towns of Sonora, Columbia, and Jamestown. Within a short drive, you can access the beautiful Don Pedro Reservoir. Seasonal snow sports are located at Dodge Ridge Mountain Resort. Also, the historic and breathtaking Hetch Hetchy Reservoir is nestled in Yosemite National Park. This fee covers up to a one-week stay per vehicle. The fee is subject to change without notice. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 3 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program.
