Fernão🗸 's Room is part of a guest house located in Arroios, Lisbon. Before you confirm the booking, make sure you have read and understood all the listing details. Your reservation will be considered a confirmation that the accommodation, and its rules, will suit your needs. We believe that all relevant information is summarized below. The space 🗸 The apartment is located on the 4th FLOOR of an old building that does not have elevators, being unsuitable for guests with limited mobility. 🗸 Even though it has been remodeled, the apartment is old (including doors and windows) and is subject to various noises. 🗸 Ability to receive up to 6 people in its entirety (2 double rooms and 2 single rooms). 🗸 2 shared bathrooms. 🗸 All guests have a private room with a lock and key. 🗸 The values of the double rooms vary according to the number of guests (1 or 2). 🗸 The area is quite safe in general even at night. 🗸 For privacy reasons, we do not provide the full address prior to booking. Guest access 🗸 Our check-ins break starts at 3:00p.m. For that reason, if you want to make a self check-in in the morning, we suggest that you book the night before your arrival. 🗸 The limit for check out is at 10am. No need to wait for our arrival, just lock the room door and leave the keys in the lock. 🗸 If we are unable to receive them in person, a self check-in will be arranged (with instructions and access codes). 🗸 The guest must correctly follow the instructions sent for self check-in. If you plan to arrive late at night, be sure to read and understand the instructions that will be sent in advance. Other things to note ACCOMMODATION 🗹 RULES 🗸 The apartment has common areas. When booking, guests commit to keeping them clean and organized. 🗸 When you arrive, during the stay, and eventually when you leave, it's important to pay attention to quiet hours. Excessive noises are not tolerated from 22h until 8am the following day, according to the Portuguese Law. 🗸 Visits and pets are not allowed, as well as any type of meeting, party or event. The space is also not suitable for welcoming babies and children, so we do not accept this type of reservation. 🗸 All rooms are non-smoking. 🗸 Common use utensils must be kept available to other guests after use and proper sanitization. We also request that guests do not leave personal items in the common areas. 🗸 According to Portuguese Law, we must request and archive information regarding people staying in our premises. For this reason, identification documents will be required for all guests who will be on-site during the stay. 🗸 Any damage to the property must be reported to the host. 🗹 LUGGAGE For operational🗸 reasons, unfortunately we were unable to store luggage. But you can find some convenient and inexpensive options in the main train and metro stations (such as Rossio, Baixa-Chiado etc), as well as at Lisbon Airport 🗹 AMENITIES 🗸 It is not possible to provide heaters / air conditioning, the more we have extra blankets for the colder days. 🗸 We do not have washing machines for the use of guests, but it is possible to find self-service laundry services on the outskirts of the building. The closest ones are at Rua Cavaleiro de Oliveira. 🗸 Please review all amenities provided in the “What this space offers” section below. 🗸 With any luck, it is possible to get a spot right in front of the building. With the exception of weekends, there are no free parking spaces in the surroundings of the building, only paid parking lots and with great demand from the residents. 🗸 It is important to pay attention to the payment of parking during the weekdays (from 9am to 7pm), as they are public vacancies, the vehicle will be subject to blockage or even towing in case of non-payment (about 1.20€/hour). 🗸 If you arrive by car but do not intend to use it, we recommend parking (paid) from Praça do Chile. 🗹 SURROUNDING AREA 🗸 We are located approximately 2.3 km from Baixa de Lisboa.
