We open our house to special people, who want to enjoy the best of Ilhabela. Our house was designed to embrace our visitors, it is colorful and bright, you can see nature from all the windows and the front balcony has a spectacular view of the sea of Ilhabela. Although we are in front of the beach (it is a 2-minute walk to reach Praia da Armação), the house is high, so we have a beautiful view of the sea. We are in front of BL3, Sailing School, where it is also possible to rent boats and nautical equipment. The house is furnished with high-end furniture and utensils, a side-by-side refrigerator, demolition wood beds, designer wood furniture, air-conditioning and a ceiling fan in the bedrooms, high ceilings and there is a constant breeze circulating through the house, the result of the intelligent design of the architectural project. Ilhabela is a much safer city than average, and our neighborhood is very quiet. Our house is walled and all the windows are high, inaccessible, which makes the house quite safe. We have fast internet and Wi-Fi in all the rooms, if you need it. Our house accepts well-behaved pets that respect sofas and beds and relieve themselves outside. The outdoor area is walled and the gate is made of iron, very safe against escapes. In addition, our balcony is fully screened and many guests leave their pets on it when they leave without them for dinner or other plans, as there is no way to escape. We have everything for a practical and comfortable stay with items such as a washing machine (washer-dryer) and dishwasher. We have 3 bedrooms - two with double beds and one with two single beds), which accommodate 6 people, all with air conditioning.
