Located in the ChampionsGate community, the house is close to a water park, golf club, restaurants, supermarkets, and gas stations. It is also very near stores such as Publix, Ross, and Marshalls. Free parking is available in front of the house and along the right side of the street (facing forward). The house has two floors.
