THE SPACE The remodeled kitchen and bathroom are the interior highlights here, both finished with beautiful stone countertops that elevate the feel of the entire studio. Tile flooring runs throughout, keeping things cool, clean, and easy underfoot. The open living area flows comfortably into the sleeping space, with a sofa and chair, a large flat screen TV with cable, and full glass sliding doors that open onto the screened 7th floor lanai — your front-row seat to the Gulf and the coastline curving south toward Barefoot Beach. Whether it's morning coffee or an evening meal, the lanai is where you'll want to be. The sleeping area enjoys an open connection to the living space, with a view of the TV from the king-size bed — a cozy, well-considered layout. Bed and bath linens are provided, and a large open closet with dresser offers plenty of storage for your stay. Please note that some restoration work on buildings, grounds, sidewalks, and atriums is continuing — occasional daytime construction noise is possible. Doc's Beach House is right next door, with wave runners, paddleboarding, and kayaking just steps away at the beach.
