A cozy cottage with 2 bedrooms and great views by the lake. Approx. 20 minutes by car from Bergen city center (outside rush hour). A few minutes to walk to your own parking space. Simple kitchen with 2 hobs, a small oven, microwave and fridge. There is a short distance to good swimming, fishing and hiking opportunities. This is a lovely place to relax and enjoy the nature around. Sunny patio with large terrace. Wifi and TV with Norwegian and international channels Guest access Guests have access to the entire cabin as well as a storage room in the annex with fishing equipment. The other 2 doors in the annex will be locked. Other things to note - There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom or kitchen and ventilation is through the window. - The cabin has 1 parking space. It is about 100 meters to walk from it to the cabin. Some stairs at the end of the trail. It can be wet in some places on the trail so waterproof shoes are recommended. There is an electric shoe dryer in the hallway if you still get wet - The water heater is 40 liters. With a little planning, this usually works fine (it's a good idea to wait with the dishes if someone is going to shower). The tank will heat up relatively quickly again if you run out of hot water. - We appreciate that guests empty the garbage and wash up before leaving the cabin and that any pillows for the sofa outside are taken in before it starts to rain. - Unlockable hot tub is available at no extra charge. Filter and water are exchanged between each guest. In case of unforeseen events such as extreme cold or damage to the hot tub, we will try to fix it but we cannot provide any guarantee or compensation in such cases.
