We can comfortably sleep 4 guests with the following configuration: -Queen Bed in Main Bedroom -Queen Sofa Bed in Living Room The living room and bedroom both have smart tvs so you will not miss an episode of your favorite show. The unit has one full sized bathroom equipped with towels, soaps and all travel essentials. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire private unit via the classic city stoop entrance with a few steps leading to your door. There is a family living upstairs. Please note that the everyday sounds and noises of family life (footsteps, stairs, kids playing, etc.) can be heard in both directions.
