It’s totally private and safe place for guests The space It has one bedroom with closet. And has one coat closet nearby basement entrance too . Closet has sliding mirror door . Guest access It’s very easy for guest to check in and check out with the help of lock box . I don’t need to be there and waiting for me to open the door . Other things to note Guest can sit in the backyard too . I have huge backyard. - The place must be left just like the way it was given to you otherwise the cleaning fee will be doubled or more than that - extra guest fees will be charged - any damage to our property or stuff will be charged from guest - late check out penalty would be apply if guest leave our place after 11 am - Absolutely no loud volume after 10 pm - Do not move any furniture. - kitchen should be clean after use. - You can leave the garbage in the kitchen garbage bin underneath sink. Maximum 1 garbage bag allowed. There's a fee of $20 per bag if you leave an additional garbage bags . - there would be extra $ 50 fees for pet for short stay less than 2 days or equal to . - please treat our place as you treat your own place
