No parties or events allowed. 2. No smoking allowed. Any remnants or smell left behind will result in a $500 fine charged to your Airbnb account. 3. No pets allowed. 4. No unregistered guests allowed. 5. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. 6. Please respect noise levels and noise curfew. 10PM on weekends and 9PM on weekdays. 7. Please respect Check-in & Check-out times. 8. Please take care of your keys. Lost Keys incur a replacement cost. 9. Please take care of the furnishings. You must pay for any damages caused. 10. Please do not rearrange the furniture. 11. No illegal substances allowed on the premises. You will be asked to leave with no refund. 12. Please DO NOT take towels home after your stay. Any missing towels will be charged to your account. 13. Please do not have any mail, packages, or documents sent to our property. If you require something of this nature during your stay inquire with us first. 14. If any items are left behind there is $50 charge for having it shipped back to you for postage and Staff time/efforts.
