All overnight guests must be disclosed and included in the reservation. Unauthorized overnight guests when total occupancy remains at or below 8 are subject to a $100 charge per unauthorized guest, per night. If unauthorized guests cause occupancy to exceed 8, the charge is $200 per unauthorized guest above the maximum capacity, per night. Additional guests above 8 are permitted only with prior written approval and, if approved, are subject to a $100 charge per additional guest, per night. • No pets allowed. Pets are strictly prohibited. Unauthorized pets are subject to a $250 charge per pet, per night, plus actual documented additional cleaning, deodorizing, allergen remediation, pest treatment, repair, replacement, or other damage costs. Service/assistance animals are handled in accordance with applicable law and booking-platform policies. • Parking is available for a maximum of 2 vehicles: one in the garage and one in the driveway. Street parking, parking between buildings/units, blocking the fire hydrant, or parking in the mailbox area is strictly prohibited. Parking violations are subject to a $100 charge per violation. Improperly parked vehicles may be towed at the vehicle owner's expense. Guest parking may be available on a first-come, first-served basis. • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Excessive noise or violation of quiet hours is subject to a $300 charge per documented incident.
