The front patio includes a large HOT-TUB spa, a natural gas FIRE TABLE, and plenty of seating for cozy evenings watching the sunset outside. Inside, the home boasts an open-concept layout with an expansive family room with large comfortable sofas, a big-screen TV, natural gas fireplace, and contemporary decor. Generous bay view windows flood the living areas with natural light, and provide indoor/outdoor living by connecting the living room and patio when fully open. Enjoy a game of FOOSBALL, AIR-HOCKEY, and PING-PONG during your stay! Seamlessly flowing from the family room is the fully equipped kitchen, designed for culinary enthusiasts. The kitchen has a large commercial gas range, stainless steel french door fridge with ice-maker, microwave, toaster oven, blender, food processor, kettle, plenty of dishes, glasses, and silverware, Keurig coffee maker, standard coffee maker, dishwasher, basic spices and oil, and will be stocked with garbage bags and 2 rolls of paper towels. There is a laundry closet with a full sized washer/dryer, iron, & vacuum. Next, there is a large open dining room (seats 12), plus a high-chair. Both the kitchen and dining room open directly to the back yard where there is POOL with a WATER-FALL feature and attached HOT TUB, a natural gas BBQ, large umbrella, outdoor dining table (seats 8), & two comfy seats to enjoy the shade under the overhang. The stairs in the entryway lead to the upper level where there is a spacious primary bedroom with king bed (bedroom #1 of 5), comfy seating to enjoy the view or read a book, vaulted ceilings, large walk-in closet, and en-suite primary bathroom with double vanity and double shower. There is a sofa-bed in the primary bedroom that can fit up to two people (full sized mattress), plus a pack-and-play (portable crib). The primary bedroom also features two view balconies with stunning views of the bay - one is a private balcony just off the primary bathroom, and the 2nd and larger balcony is at the front of the house where you can enjoy a 270 degree view of Mission Bay, downtown San Diego city lights, boats, Ingraham St. bridge, Point Loma, and nature. The upper floor also has three additional bedrooms which each have their own large private en-suite bathroom. One of the 3 upper bedrooms features a bonus area with a desk that overlooks the entryway, and has direct access to the upper front balcony with stunning views of the bay. Another one of the 3 upper bedrooms also features its own private balcony with views of the back-yard and the La Jolla hills. The fifth bedroom is on the 1st floor, and also has it's own en-suite bathroom. This bedroom has direct access to the front patio where the HOT TUB awaits. Each of the 5 beautifully furnished bedrooms will have the linens & blankets for the bed, a dresser, & spacious closet. Each bathroom has a hair dryer, and will be stocked with 2 rolls of toilet paper. 12 bath towels, and 12 beach towels are provided. The home features central air-conditioning and heater. Whether you're dining on the patio or at the outdoor table, soaking in the SWIMMING POOL or 2 HOT TUBS, playing board games or FOOSBALL, enjoying the captivating views, or lounging in the sun, this space has it all! Across the street is stair access to the Mission Bay's famous Bayside Walk boardwalk, where you can enjoy playing in the sand, or miles of walking paths that take you through Sail Bay, Riviera Beach, Ski Beach, Crown Point Park, Fiesta Bay, Belmont Park, the Catamaran Hotel, & the Bahia Hotel. Renters and Guests will have exclusive use of the house, house patios/balconies, & the backyard.
