Steps away from Praia do Sul, very conveniently located for all the shops and restaurants of the village, everything within 5 mins. The Space: At the ground floor, you will have your entertaining space with lovely terrace and outside eating area, a designed living room with dining area and TV. In the hallway leading to the kitchen there is some designated storage space for beach towels and bags and a WC. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped to help you enjoy the most your stay and for cooking meals. Through the kitchen you can access the garage and utility room. At the second floor there is a king size master bedroom with its private terrace and seating area, with breath-taking ocean views. There is a lovely double bedroom with its private terrace and seating area. There are 2 other single bedrooms nicely decorated with their own working space. One of them has a inclining table top appropriate for designers. All rooms are fitted with wardrobes and working areas. There are 2 bathrooms with towel heaters & non-misting LED mirrors. Ultra-high speed Wifi provided! 16799/AL Guest Access: Guest will have sole access to the house and garage/utility room. The Neighborhood: Largo de Santa Marta is a unique very special part of the village, with a lovely square and steps away from the ocean. Despite being very central it's a quieter area of the village throughout the year but do expect some noise during busy times of the year. In the summer months more people is coming and going and you can feel a lively atmosphere. Other Things to Note: In accordance with Portuguese law, we are required to collect certain personal details from all guests (such as passport/ID information) for submission to the SEF (Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras).
